- Have a calm conversation with the partner. Approach them and ask level-headed questions. Perhaps there is an understandable explanation.
- Consider marriage counseling for the two of you. A professional guiding you together through this can be immensely valuable.
- As a last resort, the polygraph may offer resolution, or verify the truth that things are unfaithful as suspected.
