Overview
Precision Polygraph of Texas recognizes each of us contributes to inclusion—we all have a role to play. Our culture is the result of our behaviors, our personal commitment, our curiosity, how we collaborate, and the ways that we courageously share our perspectives and encourage others to do the same.
In turn, our inclusive culture inspires us to try new things, speak openly, and be bold. It brings us together in ways that help us stand out. Our inclusive culture empowers all of us to connect, belong, and grow.
PPoT conducts polygraphs with a complete acceptance of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, political affiliation, age, culture, ethnicity, socioeconomic status or social class, marital status, nationality, occupation, disability, and religion. PPoT strives to self-examine any bias and align itself with fair and equitable treatment to all. This is not virtue signaling; it is behavior started since the company was envisioned.
PPoT is an LGBTQIA+ ally. It recognizes the variety of ways that individuals may identify. An example but not complete list is LGBTTQIAAP: lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transexual, queer, questioning, intersex, ally, asexual, and pansexual.
Further, PPoT realizes that diversity doesn't increase effectiveness without also building a culture of leaning into differences. You can have different types of people at the table, but that is only useful if they are comfortable speaking.
